3.1  PClamp

PClamp is Axon Instruments' electrophysiology data acquisition and analysis software for Windows. Catalyzer can read Windows PClamp (.ABF) files and extract a sample plot of the stored data and all trigger, waveform, channel and environment metadata relating to the PClamp data run. PClamp versions 6 to 9 are supported.

Configuration Options

The PClamp Importer does not provide any configuration properties.

Limitations and Known Issues

• The importer currently works only on local files.
