3.2  Axograph

Axograph is Axon Instrument's electrophysiology data analysis software for Mac. Catalyzer can read AxoGraph (.AXO) files and extract a sample plot of the stored data and basic plot and sample metadata relating to the AxoGraph plot.

The importer operates on files with the extension .axo

Configuration Options

The Axograph Image Importer does not provide any configuration options.

Limitations and Known Issues

• The importer currently works only on local files.
