Operating Systems
For all operating systems, we recommend that the latest patches and updates
from the supplier are installed. Catalyzer is tested and qualified for the

Catalyzer Desktop and Catalyzer server are pure Java applications, so you
should be able to run them on other platforms for which the Java Runtime
Environment is available, but Axiope may be unable to provide technical support
for these platforms. Please contact us for the latest information on platform
compatibility.
Known Issues
Problems have been reported with the most recent Linux kernels (2.6) as
shipped with SuSE 9.1. Please let us know if you
experience unexpected behavior.

Web Browsers
Web browser are required for using Catalyzer Server and for viewing the static
pages created by exporting a catalog as HTML from the Catalyzer Desktop. The
following browsers are supported:
- Internet Explorer 6 and 7
- Mozilla 1.4
- Firefox 1.0
- Netscape 7.0 and 7.1
- Safari 2.0
- Opera 7.0
Catalyzer's web output is not compatible with Internet Explorer 5.2 and
earlier.
