Sales refund policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
of any Axiope product, we will gladly refund you the original purchase
price of the product.
Since Axiope products can be evaluated free of charge, we request that
you evaluate any products you are interested in before purchasing to
ensure your complete satisfaction and to avoid the inconvenience of
organizing refunds, should you later discover they don't meet your
requirements.
Obtaining a refund
To obtain a refund please
contact our Sales team.
Before processing the refund, we will ask you to provide proof of
purchase (the license details for the software you wish refunded) and
will provide you with a copy of Axiope's Deletion Instructions, which
you will need to acknowledge and agree to in writing.
The original purchase price of the product will be refunded to the
credit card originally used for the purchase of the product.
Once a refund is confirmed by Axiope you must, in accordance with the
supplied Deletion Instructions, delete all copies of the product and
its license details from your computer system(s), back up disks etc.
The license details of the refunded software will be flagged as
invalid and use of the unpaid for product and its license details is
strictly prohibited. You will no longer be entitled to support or
free minor upgrades for that product, nor other customer entitlements
or special offers, as applicable.
