Support for eCAT

We know there will be times when you need to understand certain aspects of using eCAT at a level of detail that goes beyond the "why, what and how" set out in the Learn section. Support contains a full set of installation documentation for eCAT, for Windows, Mac and Linux. It also provides details of our training modules. And it contains a set of FAQs covering some of the questions people have most often asked.

We also have the eCAT Community site which has a Support forum which is where we would recommend you go if you have any problems with eCAT. You will find both Axiope employees and like minded individuals there that can help with any problems.
